A group of ladies wearing apron with Lipton image printed on it campained saying free weight and cholestrol check. So thought that it is harmless. After checking the weight, told me to call on a toll free no which is 18001211563 when i called this number I received a code she said to share it with her plz let me know what is this number all about. they had a tablet with which they record without telling you, and also captured the pic of the house. Asked me to open the door and show so that she can take the pic. I refused to but she has taken the pic of the house. Please let me know about this number. Since it is suspicious please can help me know about this

I had a similar experience today. A lady wearing lipton green tea uniform approached me and asked me to call on this number. 18001211563. I refused at first and told her to do it from her phone if it's toll free. She made up some story about her sales and made me call the number. She asked me to share the code with her and I refused. I took a bus and went off my way. Please look into this scam

I faced such scenario today, I tried to get the truth, lady was working for Milestone brandcom advertising company. In illegal way they were doing advertise for unliver products. I called multiple people of this company and raised concern regarding the ways they doing advertising. As per him, they will take action against it. I allowed her to go after got confirmation that my details are safe and will not be misused.

The same thing happened to me today. Date : 28/05/2018. Time : 1:50pm. A lady came to me and asked to give a missed call on a toll free number which is - 1800 121 1563. After that a code were received that is - Thank you for contacting HUL. Your Unique code Is 5*5. I really don't know what is it. They have noted that code. I have asked them " what was that ". They have told me that was a lucky draw for winning a free mobile recharge. But I'm confused. Please help me. Say that this is harmful for us? Or anything useless? I'm really afraid of it. Please anyone help me. Please reply. Thank you.

this is not a fraudalent no.It is only a sale code that she have to fill in her mobile. This is an home 2 home sale and promotion activity conducted by hindustan unilever limited company through some advertising companies like milestone and jwt. In some case a lady makes sales in home she have to take code in her phone from that customer but in some how cases she have to take that code from outsiders if she gets failed to get a call from a house where she sells.. because she had a particular that sale code in her phone.. By this way she will successfully uploaded a code as it count as her sale i company.. thus not an controvarsial or suspicious activity

Sir, I have also faced such scenario today in 11 phase, mohali. A lady accompanying several other ladies requested my phone saying that she would like to call her office Hindustan Uniliver limited to share her sales report. I allowed her to call. Then I got a Unique code from HUL through SMS. She has noted that code and left. Later I checked the same no. On Google for HUL but did not find any details.Though I got this site. Iam afraid, if it is any kind of scam?
Kindly help.

Out of a group of three ladies....A lady has asked me to call to a number, i felt her phone is not working and given my phone, she called to 18001211563, a code has received and entered in her other device without my consent, I had a debate with her for taking code without my permission....also, I took their pics for safer side, if it is useful for further enquiry in future....But, please let me know what is this no?? is it a fraud??
