These people call without any data of installation or usage of Corel draw software, they harass and force the people on calls and email for software purchase and threat to go legal.
They have a fake domain corelindia.co.in
The logos they use in email are fake, this group is active in 2021, as I have seen several complaints against them on several portals.

I have started receiving the same from yesterday. After reading the above, I have mailed them the screenshot of above messages and messages some other forums.
Now they stopped. Hope they won't get back.
Face the challenge head on and tell them that you know they are fake.

I recently received an email and call saying we are using illegal licenses of Coreldraw on 6 instances, we do not use any Corel software, the executive is asking to buy a license forcefully, when I decline her, says threatening legal action
Also, note that number of installations and the number of legal licenses cannot defer. Kindly be aware of the fact that installing /using unlicensed Corel Software would be grossly in breach of our End User License Agreement (EULA) and the same shall be treated as a civil wrong and a criminal offence under India Copyright Act Law 1957.
We at Corel Corporation are willing to extend our support in case of customer not using legalized version of the software by providing them the right channels to have the same legalized for a safer business environment.
We would appreciate your acknowledgement to this mail for further communication.

I've received a similar call from Rukaiya(Mumbai) claiming working for Corel India. I searched Corel India on GST and Ministry of Corporate Affairs Database if there is Corel India registered; but surprisingly there's no information. If you search for Microsoft India or Intuit India, you will get the details on both MCA and GST database but there's no data for Corel India. I contacted Corel support, they said there's no office as Corel India and gave the email address for Sathish Venugopal(Bengaluru). I sent an email to Sathish(India Head) and Christa(CEO of Corel Corporation) asking for the India office where I can file consumer complaint. Lets see.
They are not on a secret mission at Area 51 or in RAW that they can't provide the address in India for consumer Grievances. Let the CEO of Corel Corporation (Christa Quarles) inform what's going in the background.
