I had ordered pair of Urjalite ceiling fans from Moglix on 14th Nov. Delivery date was 23rd Nov, but actual delivery was done on 27th without intimation. Requested neighbour to take delivery. One fan was damaged and not working. We had intimated Moglix about shifting residence on 26th Nov and were assured delivery before 25th. When we could get fans picked up and installed, one fan was not working and was also damaged. Called up and logged compliant with Moglix about defective piece. Also based on their request sent photos of damaged fan. Moglix then reverted that since the compliant was outside 7 day return policy, I need to get it resolved with their fan supplier directly. I was only provided mobile number of suppler Mr Prakhar Gupta. I had made multiple calls from various numbers but calls were not answered. Called up Moglix multiple times raising compliant about supplier but same response is received and compliant gets closed. Not having any details of supplier except mobile number provided by Moglix and not having any other contact for Moglix except help desk number and email, don't have any other mechanism to resolve the issue.
