my name is adarsh shivhare .maine part time online and offline job search ki jisme Aclema Enterprise ka call aya and nitusaini227@gmail.com (Nitu Saini) ka 13-10-2017 ko email aya jisme usne part time job ki bat ki phir isne adhar card manga. phir kuch din bad FTP-1001 nam ka work  beja aur  na karne par  5664 rs mangne laga na dene par legal action ki bat karne laga aur case karne ki dhmki dene laga .phir aclema.legaldept@gmail.com se minaz m patel ke name se 6664 rs mangane ka mail beja .

please iske khilaf legal  action lene ki karpa kare aur logo ko fraud company se bachye .ye logo se part time job ke nam par

fraud karta hai aur logo se rupees  6664  mangta hai .na dene par Surat me case karne ki dhamki deta hai. ye company  na

registered hai na iski koi website hai . ye part time work ke nam par logo ke sath fraud karta hai . isne mere sath bhi fraud kiya

hai .iske sath kada se kada action liya jaye jisase ye other person ke sath fraud na kar paye .

This is to inform you that we at aclema, have done nothing illegal, You had accepted the work by sending your ID proof in the form of Email. We had showed you the work as demo also. We have done the verification of the agreement by sending the OTP on your registered mobile number which was inserted by your side. 

Again we had done your call verification by our Call Verification department which had explained you all the terms and condition and the same is recorded with us if you want we can send you that also

As per the terms of the contract the work had been given as on credit and you need to pay the amount to the company as per the term and conditions which has been accepted in Agreement as well as call verification. 

Mr Minhaz Patel is our advocate and he has send you notice for the same. If you want we can send entire set of document.

1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision. 
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after. 

I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts. 

Might be over aggregation of youth might land up in a short of experience, So a friendly advice consult a good lawyer having in debt knowledge of digital and cyber and ask him/her to openly tell you all the provisions and please speak truth to that person without hiding anything. 

If 100 Persons fail it doesnot mean there is the problem in the syllabus. It indicate that you are no capable to clear the result. And if we are wrong in QC reports then do let us know in writing in form of email with the proof that your work is correct and the mistake is of company. So blaming baseless

Hi guys, Please do not take serious about this fraud company aclema enterprises this is totally a fake company which does not have any registration with MCA ( Ministry of corporate affairs). They giving you a so many long speech about the aggrement that they have made with you, In that they have mention the some farud Terms and condition that they dont clear out before sending this aggrement to you bcz they know if they said all Terms and condotion on call you cant sign this aggrement actuallly this aggrement are not a real aggrement they just made it same as like a real government aggrement but it's a fake. And yahh one more thing please this nilesh bhojwani(Nilesh kumar) is also relates to this fraud people and he just comment against that company for only bcz we trust on him and calling him but he is also a fraud person when you calling him he just said he is a lwayer and also a social worker and he will help you by registering your complaint and doing some procedure after that he will charge a some his expenese that he made for your case but actually he dont do anyting and also he is not a lawyer and all that he is also a same people of that comapny who trying to grab a some money in polite way but please donot pay anything to him he is also a member of that comapny, please do not waste your time on that beggers persons they all are a sluggish persons they thing that this world is un- educated but actually they thought wrong they dont know the power of unity if we all are gatherd against them then this type of disgusting persons are easily caught by police. My name is Rasika. And I want your help. That aclema company mujhe bhi 5664 Rs mang rahi hai. Maine unka kam nhi kiya to. Itne paise rehte to kam kyu lete hum. If that company is actually fraud then please help me. That company sent me mail like that ( We legal department of Aclema Enterprise hereby having your case for non submission of work . We hereby notify you that if these condition mentioned in your agreement comes under these categories then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client. If you don't make payment to our client as per an Indian Contract Act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment. We also want to inform you that section 420 of IPC shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of Registration amount which accounts to Rs. 4800/-. Section 499 and Section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of IPC for Coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client.

        This would be compulsion for every client who breach this contract. So,please try to understand the situation and make payment to our client as early as possible. Our client is sole...)
