my name is adarsh shivhare .maine part time online and offline job search ki jisme Aclema Enterprise ka call aya and nitusaini227@gmail.com (Nitu Saini) ka 13-10-2017 ko email aya jisme usne part time job ki bat ki phir isne adhar card manga. phir kuch din bad FTP-1001 nam ka work beja aur na karne par 5664 rs mangne laga na dene par legal action ki bat karne laga aur case karne ki dhmki dene laga .phir aclema.legaldept@gmail.com se minaz m patel ke name se 6664 rs mangane ka mail beja .

please iske khilaf legal action lene ki karpa kare aur logo ko fraud company se bachye .ye logo se part time job ke nam par

fraud karta hai aur logo se rupees 6664 mangta hai .na dene par Surat me case karne ki dhamki deta hai. ye company na

registered hai na iski koi website hai . ye part time work ke nam par logo ke sath fraud karta hai . isne mere sath bhi fraud kiya

hai .iske sath kada se kada action liya jaye jisase ye other person ke sath fraud na kar paye .

Sir they have only one advocate Its a fact all online form filling company had one advocate namely advocate minhaz patil how is this possible and when they are saying for this job they say u have to submit ur work before 10 days they didn't say this if u fail or something so many have finish but they are saying u have to pay sir i m college student if i had to pay this then why i take this form filling job they are fake i also get a call from DG service when i said them give me ur proper website they said ur website is in progress we are updating i said him u just give me then ge give me a website and said it was old its was a fact if any company changes his website daily then how is advertised his company he is saying me we are updating they are scammers its all things started from surat gujarat and there employees when they call if u did not reply them they say please please sir send us ur reply company didn't beg u to work we are the people who are going to beg for work but these fron filling company there employees when we fail then just show there real face they talk like i cabt explain uh sir please if u are really a govt cybercrime website they check these scammers and give them really punishment if anyone did sucide he thinks its really then wt they did they just saying we do legal action and harrsing people its all fake agreement they made

This is totally fake company with froud people. And who is this nilesh bhojwani. They all the parts of same company. Plz dont pay them. One request all of my frnds who trapped same like me. If anyone from the company provides you their details like adhar card or they being advocate then we will trust on them. But they will deny us to show. So dont do foolish mistake to make payment. Thank you.

hello, my name is ayush... i have also stuck in this fraud...company name is Inospire from surat. They given me 1000 form filing work that i have completed on time but they issued a failed report and after one week i.e. today, their legal consultant named AMIT BHARADWAJ (7203017086) called me and asking for money 14000 (including penalty and court fee) and he also told that if i do not pay the money till 4 pm then he will file a case in court and issue a legal notice on me. Then at 3:20 pm i have received a mail from advocateassociate02@gmail.com asking Rs 6800 using legal languages. Please help me what i do, I am feeling very stressed???

My name hair om actually fraud then please help me. That company sent me mail like that ( We legal department of Aclema Enterprise hereby having your case for non submission of work . We hereby notify you that if these condition mentioned in your agreement comes under these categories then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client. If you don't make payment to our client as per an Indian Contract Act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment. We also want to inform you that section 420 of IPC shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of Registration amount which accounts to Rs. 4800/-. Section 499 and Section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of IPC for Coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client.

I need help.i also got same msg form this company after non completion of work because they earlier told that only 16 lines in one page and u have any issue then i will extend your time limit.They totally make foolish us.So please suggest me what i do?
