on 05/10/2020 I received a call from +918866783050 (name Janvi from Gujarat, India ) regarding online resume filling freelancing job. They told me to pay ₹18000 for filling 600 resumes in 7 days. I sent them my aadhar id and email id through WhatsApp in the same number. They signed a digital agreement under Gujarat government and take my signature digitally from https://resumefilling.com/ this site by logging in through Registration Id:- R051020144830

After this process I searched this site on Google and found this site is a spam. So, I WhatsApp them that I'm unable to continue to work with this site.
They threatened me by mailing me by mail id (legalteam@resumefilling.com)to pay ₹6500 as a penalty amount. They didn't provide me any work and now they are threatening me.
Resume Filling a company established in Surat district of Gujrat, as so they say and have mentioned. I got a call from a person who promised me that there are no portal charges and then asked me to do 600 forms in a week for which i would get 18000 rs, and they did not tell me about any terms & conditions and when checked the work and i call to the same person that i can not do this work than he told me about terms and forced me to do and asking for money …and after 7 days i received a call from their so called legal team which i do not even know is legal team or not. They have asked me to pay a compensation of 7670rs and have threatened me to pay if not, then they will take action against in the surat court for which i received a message stating, “m/s. Ankita your case going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at Resume Filling are going with legal proceedings under section 72 in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract call for more details +91 [7802872898]” and again i got a second message or a threat you can say that says”as discussed your case id has been registered in surat session courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice.”This company is mentally torturing not just me but many.
