Hello , sir / madam I AMARJEET SINGH from BHOPAL se hu aur main STUDENT hu aur main Online part- time ki AD. search karta hu OLX par. mujhe 5/11/2017 call aaya VA CLASS se ANKIT PATEL (Mobile no. 7624098290) aur usne mujhe job offer kiya mene us time yes kar diya aur address proof send kar diya aur FREE bolke registration kar diya phir mene OLX par check kiya to is naam ke person maine apply hi nahi kiya job ke phir maine PLAY STORE par VACLASS ke review dekha to pata chal FRAUD hai aur BLACKMAIL karti hai paiso ke liye .Phir maine check karne liye CYBETCRIME COMPLAINTS check kiya to sahi nikal aur aaj mujhe dhamki de rahe hai rupaye ke liye .mene Facebook par check kiya bhi pata chala is no .7624098289 se PATEL PATEL USER ID hai .

I know meri galati hai lekin main middle class family hai isliye socha online job ke sath study bhi kar lunga . Family ki help bhi ho jayegi ....plz help me .. Meri aakhari umeed aap se hai .. kuch help kijiye plz somebody help me

hello sir i am vedprakash sir 12/01/2018 ko job k regarding maine olx pr ad dekha toh apply kr diya usi din udhr se reply aaya ki aapko 26800 ki job milegi aapko bs apna address proof or DOB hme send krni h aapka free registration hoga or maine apna aadhar or DOB send kr di toh udhr se call aaya ki sir aapke pass ek call aayega jo verification k liye hoga jisme aapko bs ok ok bolna h ni toh aapka registration cancel ho jayega , mujhe job ki requirement thi toh maine ok ok bol diya toh un logo ne woh call record kr li or kuchh stamp bheja jis pr likha tha projexcel enterprise k sath mera koi agreement hua h but maine esa kuchh ni kiya,.. maine inki koi training ni li na hi koi app install kiya h ab ye log roj msg krte h or bolte h apke naam se case ho gya h aap 4000 rs pay kro ni toh surat k civil court m 5feb ko present hona pdega sir please help me what i do please help me , sir perday lot off students esi type ki companies k fake job offers se presan ho rhe h please sir is type ki sabhi companies pr jldi kuchh action lijiye and sir please tell me what i do now to protect myself from this company

Same case here sir I also received a call from 7211180146 this no and a lady was on call she told me do part time job for 2 hours daily for 1 month and I will be paid 34800 for this

Dear Sir/Mam,

                We legal department of V A Class hereby having your case for Termination of an agreement. We hereby notify you that if these condition mentioned your agreement comes under these categories then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client. If you don't make payment to our client as per an Indian Contract Act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment. We also want to inform you that section 420 of IPC shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of Registration amount which accounts to Rs. 3100/-. Section 499 and Section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of IPC for Coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client.               This would be compulsion for every client who breach this contract. So,please try to understand the situation and make payment to our client as early as possible. Our client is sole proprietor company and once you not make payment then an Arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per article 14 is mend to safeguard them. So, we advise you to cooperate and pay this amount as early as possible.               Your cooperation is required for making payment to our client or else you need to get ready to face for legal consequences.                  Please make payment of Rs. 3100/-  + 18% GST+ Noc Charge = Rs. 4500/-. Please provide the screenshot of successful payment on this email ID. On the basis of that we will provide you NOC letter.

They are fraud. They will convince you to sign aggrement with half baked or incomplete information. Instead of being worried, slap them a legal notice with cybercrime/cheating charges. You will win for sure. Dont give a damn to their blackmails ! And dont pay anything to them. This is the way, some companies are trying to make money these days.
