Sir/ Ma'am, Im writing this complaint against Amazon online shopping site regarding two unknown charges which they have deducted directly from my debit card without letting me know or without giving me any service of it, I checked it twice in my account and didn't find any thing so i connected with customer care i called and spoke to the customer care representative he understood the problem and asked me to send and provide the few details on a given email. So i did the same in return i got a mail written we will respond back in 6 hours and this is a auto generated email. Since then it has already been 2 weeks i have provided them everything sent them multiple mails and tried to connect through calls to but it gets disconnected after a beep. Please help me. I'm adding few details below: Amount deducted 732 + 732 total 1464 date of deduction 14 sept 2017 & 14 aug 2017
