I have ordered 2 mobile phone REdmi 4A 3GB/32GB on 12th october through shop kaku.com and the payment was done online.The order status was confirmed and its still showing confirmed.Since Last Saturday their customer care toll free is not working. I have three or more mail send to info@shopkaku.com there is no reply. order status is still order confirmed, order Ido is #138439 . Please help me

I was booked redmi mobile on 11th Oct 2017 and payment already been done, but the order status still in confirmed status not moved to shipped status yet.
Please help to get product or money refund.
