I transferred 2000 via PAYTM for my prepaid recharge, the recipient told me he did not receive the money, so I repeated the transfer of 2000 rupees again and he told me he did not receive it again. So I transferred again rupees 2100 and he again told me that he did not receive any money. Next day I checked my bank account and Rs. 6100 was deducted from it. The receiver isn't taking my calls or replying to my messages.
