Don't pay them any thing they are fake and they must be punished.You just need to report the issue to therespective police station and file an FIR against these thugs..........   Never spare these thugs they are scaring you by sending fake notices.....Now they will call you and harass you to take your complaint back or they will drag you to the court but you don't mind their threats just go ahead and file a complaint on cyber crime .........
