My Paytm account wallet for mobile number 9980477313 was used for RS 2500 at a merchant site zingoy on which I have never ever logged in. This transaction happened on 1st august 2017
After lot of mail chain with Paytm they have provided following details of the transaction but have not refunded the money. Name: john killo Email Id: johnkillo@mailgov.info Mobile No: 9807325190
Paytm said to take legal action and can't help any more. When I tried contacting above number it is not reachable. Can you please help me get the refund of this amount.
