I am Dharmender, from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I want to bring to your notice an ongoing scam & fraudulent activities doing by company NAME : RESUME FILLING, based in Surat, Gujarat as mentioned on their website resumefilling.com Their full Address : Corporate Office - 315 Marvella Corridor, VIP Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat - 395007 They call me for free lancing work of resume filling on 17/09/2020 and as per agreement send by them I have to fill 600 Resume in period of 1 month from date of joining. But just after 8 days they send a false legal notice claiming ₹6500 + GST as damage for not completing

साक्ष्य संलग्न है जिसे पूर्व में दर्ज Complaint no 202010020019, 202010020023 और 202010030003 में आवश्यक तथ्यों को देने हेतु दस्तावेज चैट की फ़ाइल संलग्न है नाम बदलकर परेशान कर रहे है resumefilling.com के कर्मी जोकि 420 हैं FIR 34 लगाकर अन्य धाराओं के साथ FIR में बदला जाए और लाखों युवाओं को इन फर्जी लोगो से कंपनी से बचाया जाए, ज्ञात हो कि ईमेल सूरत के SP, DM, DGP गुजरात को किया जा चुका है पर बिहार पुलिस पर ज्यादा भरोसा है कारण बेरोजगारी में युवा बिहार के ही फँस रहे है, रक्षा की जाय।कंपनी ब्लैकमेल कर रही है क्योकि मैंने अपने काम के पैसे मांगे कहती है कि 1 सप्ताह में 600 फॉर्म भरने के 30 रुपये/फॉर्म 18000 देंगे लेकिन 1 सप्ताह में 1 भी कम फॉर्म ऑनलाइन भरे तो कम्पनी को उल्टा पैसा आपको देने होंगे मुझसे धोखे से डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर करवाये गए अब येलोग सिविल केस करने की आर में पैसों की डिमांड कर रहे, यह धोखा है बेरोजगारों के साथ, इससे युवाओं की रक्षा की जाय येलोग बारबार फ़ोन करके परेशान कर रहे इनलोगो का न वेबसाइट resumefilling.com से मिल जाएगा 202010020019 शिकायत न है कार्यवाई हो। अन्य साक्ष्य भी यथा शीघ्र जुटाकर दूंगा।

Hi,

With due respect I would like to inform that resume filling.com is a big scam. They gave me a Website/ID/Password through which my target was to fill 600 resume in a week for which I was told by the consultancy that they will pay me 11000 per week after the verification. Unfortunately I was not able to complete all 600 resume. Now They are calling me and threatening me via mail and messages and asking for 6500/- with GST and telling me that my case has been registered at Surat's session court and I will recieve my case ID via message and notice. They are calling and threatening me... The most important thing is that the address which they have mentioned in their website shows the name of another company on Google which is temporarily closed. They are a big fraud. Please help me with this and find the attached file...

They are fraud and big scam, ye kuch nhi kr skte hai because fraud hai and mere sath b yhi krna cha rhe hai but mai kuch nhi dunga bcz kis kis k uper ye case krenge ,sbko pta hai ye fraud company hai so plz kuch mat krna

all these data entry Companies are fraud. Already 2 FIRs were Filed in Maharashtra from Jalgaon and PUNE. And now 8 FIRs also filed from September 2020 from Rajasthan,kerala,Andhrapradesh, Telangana and I also Filed FIR on main culprit of this data entry job fraud. Don't worry. Do not pay any amount of money. They are totally fraud. They can't do anything. They only bark like street dogs. They only threatening the students and underage of 30 people. They threats in the name of Criminal case and court name. Don't worry and Don't be afraid.

DONT PAY AMOUNT. THIS ALL -FORM FILLING- RESUME FILLING -CAPTCHA FILLING Companies are totally FAKE & FRAUD.

They only threats people that's it. Don't worry.

Even I also Filed FIR from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. Don't be afraid. Don't pay any moneys to that bastards and beggars.

sir maine google pr part time job ke liye apply kiya tha pta nhi resume filling ko kha se mera no. mil gya, inka call aata ,h or bolte h ki ap part time job ke liye dekh rahe , maine kha , toh unhone puri baat bhi nhi batai or jaldi jaldi mai sb kuch bta diya . unhone turant hi agreement bhej kar sing karwa liya or project 24 hours ke baad aaya , maine 24 hours ke pehle hi message kiya or call kiya but koi raply nhi aaya . or ab10 din baad message ke through notice aata ki apne company ka work pura nhi kiya , ab apko company ko 7670.RS. INR maang rahe h or keh rahe ki agra nhi diya toh surat court mai case file kar denge message ke through threat kiya ja raha h.or kha ja raha h ki apko ek adv. hire karna padega ,.......please sir help mujhe is fraud company bachaye inhone itni jaldi agreement sign karwaa or agreement ko read bhi karne nhi diya ........please help mujh jaise asse kai bacche h jinko in logo ne bewkoof banaya h hum log paise ke liye mehnat karte h . but ye log sir uska galat faida uthate h .... sir please ispar karwai ki jaye hum jaise hazaro baccho ko fraud se bachaya jaye ......please ........ thank you cyber crime team...

Aaj muje rusme filling se ek ladki ka call aya apna naam pooj sharma. Batya Or boli ki aap ko free me kaam diya ja raha hi but itne mane apne photo Or adharkard share kar diya. Tabhi boli register karati hu. Tabhi mane usnka company id card manga boli vo nahi hi company gst number deti hu. Mane khaa company naaam tab mane company name google me dala to paya ki iske against many complaints cybercrime website pr register hi. M Prahsasan se request karta hu ki please take action against such type industry

Yesterday at Evening I was also a call from this number 8866783057...who told me the same thing but I told to her plz send me the detail of a company for the purpose of a checking details of a company either it is true or false...but thank God I'm safe I've checked all information here...it is totally fraud
