I ordered a tshirt from swagshirts99.com on november 6th. I paid with my debit card because the site said debit card payments had higher priority than cash on delivery. I recieved a confirmation saying the order would reach me in 7 days. The next day i got an email saying my tshirt was under printing and would reach me in 7 days again. I waited for a week. On the 13th of November i called customer care again because i had not recieved any updates from the website or got anythijg delivered by then. The customer care exec. Told me my tshirt had not been printed yet and it was going to printed that day and would reach me in 2- 3 days and he would make the necessary arrangements for it because i needed it latest by november 17th. I waited again and when i called on the 16th, he tells me again as if hearing my order number for the first time and after ignoring my calls a lot (i had message their facebook page and email and post oublicly about them ignoring my calls to get a call back) i got a call back saying it was being delayed in a transit(a lie). He assured me i would get it by the bext morning. On enquiring where the courier had reached becUse i had no teacking details available he said mumbai. Since it would most certainly not reach me by then i asked yo cancel the order and asked for refund. After saying okay and telling me he would call back with details of the refund, he never called. For the next days, till today(november 21) they have been ignoring my calls. In the end i called from a friends number and one guy picks up and hangs up on me as sson as i asked about my refund. Then i called again and he picked up and he tells me he will send me the tahirt for free but to get my money i should talk to accounts department and gives me a number for it but it was the same number that kept ignoring my calls and directing me to another number that also never picked up. I am being told i would get my refund by today but there is no way for me to be sure and the accounts department is still ignoring my calls. Please help. The blatant disrespect for customers is infuriating.
