My mother received a call from 9199501588 and informed that on her shopping from Home shop they have won a car worth 12L, she was given an option to take cash or car, however my mother chose cash and then he asked her to deposit Rs. 4000/- in his account and later another demand of 18000. He pretended to call from SBI bank, Jamshedpur named Amit Kumar.
Later when my mother informed me this, I tried to reach this person and spoke to him over phone, but he did not disclose any information then.
Can this be sorted and we received our 4000 back.
