Sir i placed an order with club factory which it lured me from facebook to download it from playstore. I placed an order no S08396677 on club factory app worth rs 1964 on 27/11/2017 .this amount was deducted from my account by navigating me to paytm web site then i got a confirmation mail that my order was placed and just a moment after again a mail was recieved that the order was not placed payment declined and ask your bank to refund your deducted amount. That sounded a little fishy to me,Then i downloaded paytm to register complaint but paytm website shows that no order was placed by my side .now Google reviews says its a fraud website.please help refund my amount
