Hi There was add in ebay for apple ipad for RS.13000 last 2 weeks back. I thought of buying it but before that thought of checking with seller about the product hence I messaged him in WhatsApp and he said offer is not available now and if needed he will send me if pay to him for 15k but I dint believe and I went ahead and book in ebay he said you'll get refund if you book in eBay and it happened same as he said. So I thought I can talk to him to understand why ebay is not able to send he said eBay will take time in removing add but I will send you the same product somehow I believed his words and sent him money also I said I need one more for my friend he said i will give for 13k each. Asked me to make 50% payment and remaining cod and I payed 13k later after day he said I need to pay 2k to person who collects money in cod and instead I will give you that discount and pay me remaining amount as well. I asked him give me some proof of you to believe he sent me his Id cardnamd some how he convinced me and I paid him remaining amount also. Later his behaviour changed and not responding to mssgs. Was delaying the delivery day by day giving some stupid reasons. I got really anoid and was calling and mssg him badly for reply but he switched off the phone this is his number 09323038051 I made payment through Paytm and his bank account details attached in WhatsApp chat. I paid overall 24k to him. I also did enquiry through my contact in Mumbai but that person is not staying in that place I feel I was trapped and cheated in this fraud activity by this seller. All's details are attached in wats app chat. Request you to look into this and find this culprit who's cheating public. Please help.
