On 02/10/2017 morning 9.12 some unauthorized transaction is done on my card without OTP generation. how this could be possible, please help me.

Hi Team,
The same thing happened to me today evening.... From my SBI Credit Card the below 3 fraud transactions were done;

02/11/2017 FACEBK ADS fb.me/ads IE 56.97
02/11/2017 FACEBK ADS fb.me/ads IE 56.97
I have raised SBI Complaint, is it enough or do we need to complain Cyber Crime Complaint... What will be the procedure.

Hi Rakesh Rajput,
Can you please tell me, before 2/10/2017, have you used the same card to book any flight tickets or hotel booking through makemytrip? Because yesterday i have booked flight tickets through makemytrip and today this fraud transaction happened. Not sure who is the black-sheep.
