I have order Mini Sanitization machine through online website Facebook from My Craft page on 18.05.20. Her name is Ashmita Pandey. She was selling Mini Sanitization machines, mask and all other personal protection kit. Total amount of order is Rs.4,100/- and told me to transfer full amount. I said, I will transfer half now and half on receiving the material. But she refused and told me to transfer Rs.2,500/- So, I made the payment through PHONEPAY APP by UPI mode on 7030958210. That number is registered in the name of Komal in Phonepay app. While on True caller it is registered in the name of Vinod Meshram. I WhatsApp her to send me the details of courier but still not received. I called many times she is not receiving the call and now mobile number is getting switched off. Please do the needful as this also happened with other person as well. I am attaching the file for your reference.
