Pathetic service. First of all, they promised express delivery on same day. So I ordered Rakhi on August 2nd but I did not receive my order on same day. I tried to contact them multiple times but nobody responded. Next day (Rakhi day) also I waited in morning but then I went and purchased it from somewhere else. After that, in afternoon, they delivered only half of my order but I paid for all. I want a refund but these people don’t even respond to emails, calls and complaints. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Twitter has also suspended thr account. These people are fraud. My order number 682883. I want a refund. Please help. I paid 1190 but received half order but next day which was of no use.
