I got the same request. From 99 acres he got the number. Called me for staying on rent. Very eager to pay the advance. I was little curious to know how come the person is so eager to pay three months advance without taking the property on rent.

Deepak Pawar Bajrang 9692107628 called me and posed as airforce official. Information regarding house for rent for magicbricks. I sensed something was fishy. There are many such people posing as armymen, defence personal etc. and cheating people.
I have the same experience,man named Deepak pawar bajrang 7549301138 ,he claimed as army personnel posted in Rajasthan and he wanted to purchase my home.He was in hurry and again he was from magic bricks and i sensed something fishy.Something too good to be true.He should be punished because he is even duping people in name of army.

Sent pan, aadhar, army id, family pic etc over what's app. The moment he asked me to add bank account in gpay to do a test transaction of rs. 5 , i cut the call. He called again a day after, only to hear choicest abuses from me for good 2-3 minutes :-D
Last two days back on 15th April 2023 . By seeing the add on olx . Deepak has called me stating he is hyderabad and got a transfer to kochi . He ll coming to kochi on 25th . He said he works for BSF . To deposit the advance amount he asked my bank details. I shared with him as we lives in abroad we never doubt him. Then next day he asked me to add his account details. There we felt a doubt.but he said as the money is transferred by Central government of India they need the proof. Even after adding the beneficiary I shared the screen details. As it was night next early morning he called me . To transfer the amount he asked me to login and follow instructions. That point I ask why I need to transfer money from my account to you. Again he said its government policy of transferring . I asked for his I'd . He shared the adhar details along with BSF id where his designation was Ass Sub inspector.
He asked to Transfer 5 Rs and I transfer at that moment he has transfer me 5 Rs which I transfered and along with that again 5 rs . He mentioned me that this how he ll transfer rest of the amount. But I denied I won't do any other transfer. He started to raise the voice . When I said we are not interested to rent the house for you . He said I Need to transfer the amount which I have in my account. But I didn't do any transfer.
He is using 9773454152 as his number. But its a group of people .as I could hear a lady's voice and a guy who talk to us as his officer
His latest number now +91 98611 96454 as recent as today. He does not do any video call with his family. There are more people like this which is Akshay Kumar AMC and his latest number is +91 74150 87190, they said login to gpay and follow their process. They are defaming Indian army. They must be punished.

yesterday ie 22/05/2023 i had received call from this Deepak pawar from 9348569270 requesting photos of property to show his family and today he called me stating that he is ok with the property and wanted to pay the advance amount, since i am already aware of these types of frauds, I refused to receive the amount without seeing him
I WAS CHEATED FOR 175000 ON 23.5.2023 WITH SAME MODUS OF OPERENDI.. I GOOGLED IT MUCH LATER BUT ITWAS OF NO USE

DEEPAK BAJARANG PAWAR, 8570087076 date - JUNE 9 2023, He was asking house for rent. this was thru magic bricks.com and 99 acres.com. He collected house photos. after 2 days, daily chatting and after 3 days, he said, he will transfer money. There was one more person named AKSHAWY KUMAR GUWAHATI Assam Indian ( mobile number ending with 9973 ). He said, he is Senior officer of Deepak B.P. He asked me to open Google Application and later asked me to share 1 rs/ Later i have shared 1 rs. then later he slowly slowly asking just put 50K and press transfer !!! suddenly i got the fishy smell.. i have first blocked the account and later blocked this guy. Then when i came here to search google, so many people are with the same problem. Cyber complaint ,please take action. This is done by 99acres.com and magicbricks.com. They are the kingpin behind these traps. Its easy to get the property details on these two websites. Their owners are also involved. So , General public, please be careful. Likewise, online crime money shared with many people. Only loosers are the people who transfer money. please be careful. today June 9, 2023.
