Misuse of my SBI credit card by somebody

Dear Sir

My SBI credit card has been misused by some unknown persons on May 31, 2017 at Moonfrog Labs, for a total amount of Rs 47775. I receive mobile messages of all transactions [8]. No OTP was asked from me for verification for those transactions.

The same complaint was made to SBI credit card immediately on May 31.

Same has happened to me on July 8th for 11800. It's very evident that sbi has been hacked & vulnerable for moonfroglabs

I do have similar issue 6 days back for moonfrog labs on my citi bank credit card.. Bank says they are raising dispute.. Not sure how to handle this..

I have 2 transactions as below ...


50.00 INR was spent on your Credit Card XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 10-AUG-17 at GOOGLE *SERVICES.Final FX rates and charges are applicable.
11,800.00 INR was spent on your Credit Card XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 10-AUG-17 at GOOGLE *Moonfrog Lab.Final FX rates and charges are applicable.
