Lenskart is a bunch of thugs. Recently ordered 2 pair of john Jacob frames from janakpuri district centre store..The sales girl told that lenses are absolutely free with frames and never specified that only single power - near vision or far vision will be provided free and for bipolar there are extra charges. They checked both cylindrical and spherical power of my parents eyes but assumed on their own that we need only near power lens...Now the lens is a absolute waste for me and purchased new pair of lenses from a nearby optometrist. The alarming thing here is how these bunch of cheats just want to sale their stuff..They behave as if they are road side stores. For sure they are walking the path to destruction.
