Internet Trolling/ Harassment is a huge problem especially within the United States.  Yes- a person has the right to post something in an Anonmyous manner on a web site or forum as long as if no ill intent exists.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Many do not realize that Anonmyous Posters can be held liable for Internet Trolling/Harassment.  An Anonmyous Poster may hide behind a made up scren name however, there is always an IP location and a name that goes with the anonmyous screen-user name.   It may take a bit more effort and investigation but an anonmyous poster can be identified and brought to Justice

I have seen people post on social forums and other related web sites with intent to harass, draw attention to the material posted and simply cause harassment for others.  This behavior is not acceptable and a great deal can be done to stop this criminal behavior.   Internet crimes are treated as Criminal acts.  In addition, Internet crimes can carry serious punnishment for many years after the crime is actually committed.

Therefore, it is best to obey forum and web-site rules and do not  take out anger and frustration on line.  Many times a person will use the Internet as means of getting revenge against someone who may have wronged them at one time.
