Dear Sir/ Madam,
Myself soumya Sarkar from kolkata holding my ICICI Bank account at Howrah Kolkata branch.on 23rd Nov my account is showing freezed, and when I visited the ICICI home branch they told it is freezed by Gujrat Crime branch. So post that they told to mail at CC-CID@gujratgov.in and I did the same .but no reply is recieved from your end. Also repeatedly I visited My Bank branch but failed to share me the reason for account freeze. I would like to know that why my account is freezed can I get the reason in my mail id soumyasarkar2585@gmail.com.

In the current situation my father is having heart related issue and there is big expense to be happen soon..it would be great help if you take appropriate action to unfreeze my account within one week.
