I had order 20 kg mangoes through Hastiworld.in on 2nd May 22 with delivery option. But its been more than 2 weeks nothing has been delivered till date or no communication on the delay.

recovered my money from prachiworld by actively following up with payment platform mobikwik.
mobikwik was under legal obligation to help as i raised complaint with 10 minutes of placing order.
All payment platforms have to resolve money issues if reported within 24 hours
