G S Enterprise Fraud Company Form filling cheating

My name is Jithin Jose.On oct 5th 2018 I got call from G S Enterprise regarding an online form filling work. First i was asked to register with an amount of Rs.299 and they asked to send my ID proof and they send me a message to download an apk file called DigitalDocs through which they took my details such as photo, mobile number and signature. And then i got a mail from them which contain a digitally generated agreement form. They generated this agreement without specifying terms and conditions, i came to know about it only after i received the agreement. And i was told that i have to complete 1500 forms in 15 days. I was given a user id and password to login to the website which contained only 624 forms. And i completed and submitted the work by oct 10 2018. But after completing 624 forms i got a call from an advocate associate that my QC report is failed. Now the lawyer is sending me text messages, email and calling repeatedly to pay a penalty amount of 5000+3000. And if i have deny for that they will file a legal case against me and i will be penalised for Rs.45, 000 Today i got an email from an advocate S.B.Deshmukh and asking me to pay money within 7 days. So, it is a humble request. Please look in to this matter and help me against this frauds.

This is Dhwani Shah here.

Same thing is happening with me also, they are calling me again and again regarding payment. they are asking me to pay 5000 rs. they blackmailing me that if you will  not send amount then they will fire case against me. They are fraud , they only give login id password so 100% they must have changed many things from my work load.

brother, dont be afraid, they are nothing but just a bunch of crooks, they making innocent people cons like me and you,

first thing you dont fear them and plz do not pay them any money, talk to them in a hard way, abuse them as much as you can, as i did and now i am free, ok dont worry.

yeh m.t. technology walo ki taraf se mujhe dhamki mil rahi rahi hai, meghna kaur fake advocate ki call aa rahi hai, kehti hai ki maanhani ka case karegi mere uper, anpni sab complaints hata lo zada mat hoshiyaar bano,

Am also the victim of this fraud company G. S Enterprise. I too got notice from sunil patil. And got calls from 8956019394. Blackmailing to pay the penality otherwise they are going to file a case on me. Dont be afraid, they are frauds and agreements are not valid. The number and dates On every agreement i saw in complaints and on my agreement are same. And we all can put case on this people for their illegal acts.

I am Suganeswari. i have also contacted by these frauds and they are blackmailing me to pay Rs.7800 as i have stopped working knowing that they are fraud company. but a person calling me again and again and telling that he will take legal action if the amount is not paid. i am really worried. me too received the same agreement copy of same number.

Don't worry. Do not pay any amount to them whatever they said. Do not pay. Ignore them otherwise go to police station and do complaint against him nitesh khawani

Hey, I am ARKA, I am from West Bengal. Am also the victim of this fraud company G. S Enterprise. They told me that they give me 1500 forms and filled within 10 day.. so I do it. But today they mail us that my QC report is fail and I have to charge RS 4500 and Rs 3000 for maintenance. And also give 12980 for digital signature. And when I told them to cancel the agreement then they told me that I need to pay total  RS 31000 to close all agreement and digital signature. 

They call me several time and mail me many times.

Hi, I also faced the same and they even call me and say the wrong name, very surprising. they threaten me to pay....have any of you guys received hard copy from them? They also say that they have filed a case and hard copy will soon at my place........such cheap fraudsters!

People I am also facing this situation that also on 12th and 13th Jan 2020. please help me, I have paid 21000 around, and again they are asking me 18980, or else they will send a notice of 355000 to my address and I need to pay so  much amount and i have to go to court
