Dear Concern,
I booked the ticket from cleartrip on 26th April 2019 and my flight got cancelled. So i requested clear trip to return my refund. I was in regular follow up. One day 27th May 2019 i received a call from clear trip mumbai office number 02241300300. Mr. Rishab Bansal (cleartrip representative) told me to add cleartrip account to bank account as ther were failed to credit my refund due to some technical error. That guy was having my all details which i have given to cleartrip representative. So i was sure there is no fraud. I added his account 1088101071381 to google pay. I was shocked my all bank money got debited and credited to his account. As he hacked my phone so i didn't received any otp.
From that i followup cleartrip people for 2 days. On 29th 9f may i filed FIR against Rishab Bansal and cleartrip.
