5 transactions worth 520AUD (27k/-) where done on my card without even a single OTP.
I mean how is it possible? Will be taking it up with CITI, Cyber Crime & Keep Updating it Here.

Hello,
Even I had the same issue today. Same amount of 520AUD at Telstra prepaid pl. I have raised issue with citi bank and got the card blocked.
Bank representative is saying that the dispute team will check. Can I know the status of your complaint?

Similar issue has happened with me too. Citibank credit card used for transactions of 520 AUD at the same time at telstra prepaid pl.
