They identified themselves as SBI credit card bank agents, they had details of 16digit credit card with them and proclaimed they have complete details with them and are secure and this is a bank deiven call to update the reward points,they convinced and manipulated for reward points to cash vouchers and credit limit increments, then they have scammed by robbing amount from credit card
