I got a call from 7836986955 at 11:38AM on 7/7/2017 as ICICI executive and said that your card replacement need to be done with high security card and would required last four digits of your card and then verification call will come to you. Immediately got another call from 9990070841 at 11:51AM and same details are repeated and asked for Customer verification validation number through IVR and gave a reference number as SR700003216F. Immediately, Have received 2 alert transactions done on my ICICI debit card. A purchase of INR 8,471.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank on 07-Jul-17. Info: IIN*D S ENTERPR. A purchase of INR 4,961.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank on 07-Jul-17. Info: MIN*PTM*PAYTM A.
Which is not done by me and immediately call to ICICI customer care on 7/7/2017 at 12:15PM and gave the complaint and got my card blocked and raised a Fraud request with reference SR481461491 and SR481462045. They informed me to go nearest branch and give a dispute form, have submitted the documents online to ICICI disputes team and also submitted the personal document to nearest Manikonda ICICI branch.
15/7/2017 have tried to check the status with ICICI dispute team and came to know that they have declined my request ID SR481461491 without appropriate information and they suggest to approach now to Cyber crime team for investigation.
Kindly Request you to investigate and help me in recovery my money of Rs.13,432 to my account.
