However, when I received the parcel it was just a scam they sent me a 50 rupees worth watch, that's too dead. From the previous complaints and by looking at my delivery note I understand that www.bookmypacket.com is also involved with them as all these deliveries are made by book my packet. Kindly take some action against these scammers as they are scamming on all over Facebook. Sir I have paid my hard earned money and I feel really scammed and very bad after this experience. I would generously request you to please punish these criminals and have our money refunded. The phone number which was given is also wrong which is 7827889297. After a few search on web I was able to take out another customer care number which is 8030752829. But even this number is not picking up after repeated ring the other party switched the phone off. All these parcel are coming from Delhi with the pin code 110035. The place where the parcel was picked up from is Wazirpur. The address where it was supposed to be returned if not delivered is, ( Om Sai complex, plot no.37/19/22. Kapashera, Delhi DL 110037 ).
