A person called my father's number, blabbered for a few minutes and suddenly asked for a six digit number which was just received. Unknowingly, he told him and a deduction message for INR 20000 came just after a few seconds. My father had received a new debit card of SBI today only. Is there any way by which the money can be refunded or it can just be taken as a lesson ?
