Request for Help.

I am normal minimum working person and lots of responsibility over me i am trying to do some extra work and earn something in this lock down period  but this type of company is down our moral. they pay us besides work done by us they are asking for payment from my side this is not acceptable, here details for company and process please let me know if  anything is missing and pls help me out of this. 

1-Got reference for resume update from one of my friend dated 13-04-2020

2-After discussion on no(9643649414) ready to do the same and started resume filling Job from 14-04-2020.

3-Website not working on 14-15 already discussion on lady (9643649414).

Condition of company-600 resumes in 7 days( Not possible in 7 days each resume time taken at least 15 Minutes)

Accuracy required 90% (Also Not possible)

I have done 134 Resume till 22nd April and before i am asking the payment they send me legal notice and thretning message to me to Pay penalty of Rs.6500 due to not done 600 Resume in 7 days.

Every day message mail given me for legal action against me really this is fraud company

I also registered for them, I haven't finished it yet since it's taking too much time to fill a single form.

Also, I have the agreement and I haven't signed it yet, still they are forcing me to work.

Can somebody help me and tell me what happened with them finally, did you get away with it?

Lockdown me sbhi aisa krke hi to paisa kmaa rhe apni knowledge ka misuse krke.

Mere 3990 gye hein.

Ab to nhi dene aage.

Baki touch me rhiyeg aise scam ko aage rokne k liye.

Same happened with me. I have done 600 resume but resume filling site gave missguid and 70% resume failed my resume. Now they are calling to me for further leagal action. Every day diffirent diffrent member call to me.

 It's fully fraud don't take tension. But we need to stop this type of fraud.

Same problem mere saath bhi hui he jobseeker hone ke kaaran work from home me resume filling kaa wark start kiya iss fraud bande ne fastly mera I'd aur signature pad le liye aur aage ke rules ki koi information nahi di aur kahne laga aapka work start ho gaya he aapka agreement ban gaya he naa to mere pass computer tha naa aur naa hi full info. Computer rent pe leke work start kiya but 7 days me work nahi hua toh extra time maanga to uske bhi 1000 /_rs. Per day pay karne ke liye kaha aur ab mujhe bill pakda diya by msg 6500+gst aur ab kah rahe he court me aapka case chala gaya... Apna lawyer hire karlo .... Aap ki bhi same story he ab aap log batao kya kiya jaye

Its fraud company. Don't pay money to such kind of companies. Directly Go to your nearest police station and file Writing complaint in the name of that companies. Police will definitely take action on such crimes and frauds

Abhi tak to koi notice nahi aaya but jayada serious lene ki koi jarurat nahi hai. Ye khud froud hai .To kaya legal notice bhejenge. In logo pe to hum logo ko case kr dena chahiye . Ye log apna kaam bhi karwa lete hai aur hum logon se pese bhi lete hai. Case karne ki dhamki deke.

I am also join this online job through resumefilling. One company person call me on mobile no and told that if job will not complete within 7 days and finding less than 90% accurracy, then they only pay 2rs per form. No need to pay. But for my confirmation then i read the agreement after signing it found to pay 6500/- from ourside. Thatswhy i am affraid. After reading views and complaints on cybercrime portal now i m realy scared.

Bhai same thing mere sath huyi mujhe to agreement hi nahi read karne diya....ye koi gujrat ki resume filing .com hai.... Inka fraud ka network hai... Aur rules to baad mai batatey hai bahut strict hai .... Koi bhi 600 resume poore nahi kar sakta .. 1 resume 15 min 600 resume = 9000min / 60= 150 hours = 7 days ..... Agar continous work kare to 7-8 days mai complete hoga.... Ye fraud company khud bhi janti hai... These r all fraud... Ignore them and dont give them money... Labour law is not weak in india....

The same situation has happened with me, I worked for the day and half only to realise that it has bad reviews stating that it's a fraudulent company. I received the message below-

A phone came and in the list of earning extra livelihood I kept doing as per their instruction and loaded with the resume filling job in next 10 minutes before reading the user's review. Same is done with me. Even I didn't started to work yet & there drama has started. They are asking payment through Google-pay on personal number. I said, don't worry I will pay but only through the payment gateway of your website which they don't have. So, I didn't paid a single penny.

Is there anyone who can fight jointly for all of us, so that they can not scam for remaining others who are even dieing to live any how during this lockdown...?

Shame on these scammers who are destroying Gujarat & India's image. India is known for its ethics in ancient times and look what they are doing. Such a shameful...! Is there anyone who know how to shut their mouth and teach that enough is enough, Don't do such to those who are dieing to earn in such critical times..?

Hello guys listen one thing they are fake. Because they send copy of FIR and FIR is only applicable in case of Criminal case not for civil case.

And FIR is done by police not by court.

So just chill.

And moreover district court doesn't issue any arrest warrant. Keep in mind civil case mein FIR nahi hota.

And it's fake because any court of administration doesn't send your warrant in your email I'd. They send in postal permanent address with one week notice.

And court doesn't fill any challan.

At first they listen to both the parties.

It's a new type of cyber crime.

I am also a member of that.

So dont worry just chill.

Don't worry they can't file a case because if you see the agreement , it's from gujrat government , and government of gujrat has started e- stamping form October 1 2019, so, that agreement is not justified , and i checked its not verified.

Today I also got a call from 8980804011 resumefilling.com and I just escaped, after signing the signature was not captured properly and then I thought of checking this website & I came to know lots of complaints against them, after that I whatsapp the lady that I am not intrested but she replied me that, if your signature is captured you have to pay us money. so I lodged a complaint with cyber crime portal today. https://www.cybercrime.gov.in all of you guys file a complaint so that this fraud may get caught soon. there latest fraud number is 8980804011. my mail id vinodprohit@gmail.com

I just now talked with an advocate and he told this all are fake. These all things are 'Bonded Labour' according to the agreement. And in Indian law thats not allowed.

Today I have received a call from Kritika from resume filling.com stating about vacancy for part-time p Resume filling.She has WhatsApp me the terms and conditions of the job and also mentioned about an agreement in which if I fail to fill 600 resumes I have to pay them Rs 5500 as penalty. Then I researched about them in Google and found several complaints against them.Thank God I have saved myself from such Fraudster group of people.I request on this portal to every one be aware and take necessary action (if possible) against these people.

These are the common tactics to extract money from the innocent who do not know law. If they threaten you with legal action just say " please go ahead and send me notice. My lawyer will appear in the court as I don't have time to waste over frauds like you. My lawyer is very experienced and will see to it that you people are out behind bars".😂😂 Ok...just chill man. Muje bhi ye problem aaya hai .maine to already 5900 pay kiye ..or wo log or bhi paise mang rahe hai.kya karu .pls help me .......wo log notic bhejne ki bat kar rahe hai..pls kya karu ..help me

Don't worry my dear friends these are fake some peoples are threatening to everyone.

they also doing same with me even i don't sign on there agreement letter, i put 'NOT AGREE' but they also doing same with me for asking me to pay 5000+18%GST = 5900 Rupees.

the name of this site is www.jobsearchnet.in 

they are frauders. i filed a case on cyber crime portal for these type of frauders.

don't worry watch CYBER SURAKSHA video on JOB Fraud.

and file a actual complaint against them with their mobile number on https://cybercrime.gov.in/

Dont worry be happy. all things are fake

ये सब fake हैं fraud हैं... इन्हें कोई पैसे ना दे... डरने की कोई बात नहीं हैं... I an Asstt. Prof. at law college ऐसे कई केसेस आते हैं हमारे पास...
