A fraud in the named Deepak pawar Bajrang claimed to be CISF officer had a contact with us for a house rent . He has been calling throughout for asking for a room .. and as a proof he had sent us the CISF ID , Aadar card, canteen card etc. And photos with wife. So I doubted as some one a stranger doesn't share his Id . So I checked for it and I saw exact same complaint about this fraud! And we are safe at present.. but I think this isn't first complaint about this fraud.

yes he clled me in Indore for rented house enquiry as well..Shifting from Assam and I got doubtful as he was so much frinedly and ready to tranfer amout immidately..

I too got a call from this Deepak Pawar (24 Aug 2024) claiming that he is posted in Mumbai airport and transferred to Bangalore airport. He asked for pictures of my flat. He said he will discuss with his family and decide and not to gve the flat to anyone else. I offered to show the flat over video call which he said yes, will do next day.
Next day he sent me all his ID's and all of them looked genuine. He said his family liked the flat and he would go to his office and send a token advance of Rs 50,000 through his finance officer. Also, he would come down to Bangalore after 3 days and sign the agreement for 2 years.
It looked toooo good. No video call, no negotiation, no nothing. I got suspicious. I said I have to get his background check done to which he said OK.
I simply did a google search and this post came up. Exactly same name, government ID's! It was now clear that he is a fraud.
I sent him this link and asked him what is this?? There has been total silence.
I can see many others have got calls from him and most have escaped being duped, but at least one must have fallen for the fraud. Why then is he not in jail?

I also posted and got the response from this guys within half an hour. He's sharing his pictures and ID cards with name : Akshay Kumar Chennamaneni. Thanks all for sharing and came to know quickly this is a fraudster. Here's the photo and adhar card that he shared. Posting for your awareness. Thanks to those who alerted us. It helped.

I also posted my house for rent and this guy has been calling me saying he is getting transferred from Mumbai to Bangalore. This guy without even asking on the rent and rental advance, he was ready to transfer token advance. Asked him for ID proof and he sends it within fraction of secs. I had my doubts and searched online and came across these posts. He called/messaged from 3 numbers 9395831808, 6378817833 and 8670256635.

Today this guy(deepak pawar) called me to rent my house, he said he is from ahmedabad working in CISF and want to rent house in lucknow, he didn't even discuss about rent and want pics, i guess next step is payment fraud, this is his new number - 8144174945, i am glad to land on this page

I requested a withdrawal of £20,000 from my account. Within about 4 hours, the withdrawal had been put back into my account. Then my account was traded illegally with 11 trades taken and losing all the money. I complained to this company and they couldn't give a damn. I had to reach out to oliviatrader 44 at gmail com to assist me in getting back my money. Glad I have all my money back now.

I met with similar incident got call from number 8602617971 from a person named Deepak Pawar, he sent me all ID proofs addhar pan and military ID proofs, through whats app, after suspision I made online inquiry and found many such incidents, BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUDESTERS.

Received call from the fraud from these numbers 9040248920, 7077037958. The property is listed in Magicbricks. Furthermore he is not the only one to do, please check out for anyone calling from military background and asking to rent immediately without any negotiation

I had the similar incident today. A guy contacted me from 99acre and agreed me for renting my flat. He mentioned me as a CISF employee name Deepak pawar bajrang and has posting at Hyderabad an is basically from Maharastra. He agreed to all formalities. He called me and mentioned his job transferable every few years, so will be there in my city Vadodara in next 10 days and is in need of a house. Later he transferred the call to his CISF account manager asking me to open GPAY application and confirm payment as he was going to do it from CISF credit card. I felt something fishy, so I asked him to transfer money to my gpay number and he ignored as he wanted to confirm the number and all. So I rejected him and was saved. His number is +918926348227. He sent me aadhar card, pan number, CISF ID and later deleted it. I checked the PAN number which was CWKPP9427L and is a fraud.
Plz guys, whosever renting out your property, beware of such frauds.
