Hi, I need to bring your kind attention towards the false promises made to customers for uploading wallet with money and pay bill. I loaded wallet with Rs. 5000 on 29/08/2016 to pay my electricity bill. I checked before loading money that electricity option is not active but I was told that once you load money it will be active for you but it didn't happen and still its inactive. People are being cheated this way. Request you to take appropriate action against them who make such False promises.
