I had been cheated by above mentioned Company few days back. They again posted a fake requirement on Facebook today. What happened with me is 1.In response to their post in Facebook, I sent my portfolio and video clips by mail. 2. They replied as I was shortlisted and contact Mr. Hitendra. 3. Hitendra said, I was selected. My shooting dates are 4th to 8th Sept, 2017. He booked room in Westin Hotel Mumbai, send me contract letter and asked me to pay registration amount, only then they will send me Flight tickets. 4. When they get Rs. 3750, they stop receiving calls. 5. They played the same trick today by posting another requirements of artists. His name is Hitendra, ph no 9004227602 I had screen shot of mails and sms but it seems only one attachment is allowed with this complaint. Regards. Shaibal Sinha.

Mr. Shaywal Sinha, If what you say is true, here goes... 1. You were selected for the project. 2. You were confirmed to stay at The Westin 3. You did pay a Registration amount. 3. We did offer you work, but you wanted on YOUR TERMS which were unacceptable.
Now, Mr. Sinha, PROVE to everyone that we did not give you work. 2. We commited fraud. 3. We are not genuine.
If you cannot do so, please SHUT UP and REMOVE THIS POST else, we will not hessitate to take STRONG action against you.

Mr. Iyer, payments of Rs. 5,000/- (January 07, 2018) and Rs. 4000/- (January 19, 2018) were made to you that you did not bother to acknowledge. Anyone can contact me on my e mail id hitennsampat@gmail.com and request for a copy of proof that I have. Since you did not acknowledge any transaction, I HAVE REFUSED TO PAY THE REST.
I don't understand Mr. Hitendra Sampat why you are lying. You had only returned Rs. 5000 and the rest Rs. 8750 is still due. You had faked to pay Rs. 4000 but your transaction had failed and I didn't receive your payment Mr. Sampat. I can post all proof of our conversations and e-mails till date if you fail to pay up the rest Rs. 8750 immediately.

Hi Mr. Iyer, I have also been cheated by Cheater "HITENDRA SAMPAT".
I read a post in fb on casting call for a add print shoot posted by HR talent group. Then I responded saying that I'm interested. Later on I got reply from Mr. Hitendra Sampat Mob: 9004227602 and details about plan, schedule everything. Even I got email confirmation from HR talent management. His (Hitendra) words was impressive and promising words. He asked me to pay registration fee to continue further. As I believed him by his promising words I did pay registration fee Rs. 3750/- and I received mail from him and client (Dream Casters) as well which was containing some documents as a proof for me signed by client that he mentioned. He asked me to deposit Rs. 10000/- as a security deposit for myself and Rs. 20000/- as security deposit for two assistants which is refundable on the same day or next day. He gave his bank account details. I did online transfer to his account and he also confirmed me back through message that he received money that I transferred. Then some how he convinced me to put Rs. 20000/- deposit for clothes and accessories. I did transfer that as well. Totally I payed Rs. 53750/- to him (Hitendra Sampat) including registration fee. The same day client replied me in messages saying that he transferred back refundable amount and gave neft reference number to me. Then I waited one day, did not get the amount credited. So I called back to Mr. Hitendra Samapar to enquire about this. Again he promised me that I will get my amount back, it is already transferred to me, it is delayed as there was a bandh in Mumbai. I believed because actually bandh was happening in Mumbai and bank was closed that day. Then after the bandh also I have not got my money credited. I was following with Mr. Hitendra Samapt on this. He kept on giving reasons to me and promising me that I will get money. He asked me two days time so that he can check with client and give me update.
Till date he is giving on reasons to me and he used abusing words to me. I have already given complaint on him in Bangalore crime police station. FIR is raised against him and Im following up my complaint strictly.
I have all the documents, conversations and call recordings that I had with him.
I request you also to join me and fight against him and such fraud casting calls. No other youngster should get cheated by these type of frauds.
You are absolutely right. I have already spoken to cops in Cybercrime Department and will be submitting all evidences including e-mail, whatsapp and SMS to them. Let us joint hands and teach him a lesson for having conned and cheated people and make sure that no other person is a victim of this FAKE, CHEAT, FRAUD, CON and EXTORTIONIST Hitendra Narendra Sampat, H R Talent Management and Herman Jim Rodriquez.
