Fraud by Casting Agency (HR Telent Management)

I read a post in fb of casting call for a add print shoot posted by HR talent group. Then I responded saying that I'm interested. Later on I got reply from Mr. Hitendra Sampat ‭Mob: 9004227602‬ and details about plan, schedule everything. Even I got email confirmation from HR talent management. His (Hitendra) words was impressive and promising words. He asked me to pay registration fee to continue further. As I believed him by his promising words I did pay registration fee Rs. 3750/- and I received mail from him and client (Dream Casters) as well which was containing some documents as a proof for me signed by client that he mentioned. He asked me to deposit Rs. 10000/- as a security deposit for myself and Rs. 20000/- as security deposit for two assistants which is refundable on the same day or next day. He gave his bank account details. I did online transfer to his account and he also confirmed me back through message that he received money that I transferred. Then some how he convinced me to put Rs. 20000/- deposit for clothes and accessories. I did transfer that as well. Totally I payed Rs. 53750/- to him (Hitendra Sampat) including registration fee. The same day client replied me in messages saying that he transferred back refundable amount and gave neft reference number to me. Then I waited one day, did not get the amount credited. So I called back to Mr. Hitendra Samapar to enquire about this. Again he promised me that I will get my amount back, it is already transferred to me, it is delayed as there was a bandh in Mumbai. I believed because actually bandh was happening in Mumbai and bank was closed that day. Then after the bandh also I have not got my money credited. I was following with Mr. Hitendra Samapt on this. He kept on giving reasons to me and promising me that I will get money. He asked me two days time so that he can check with client and give me update.

Even he said the shooting date that he confirmed before he get is postponed. I asked him to send postponed mail which he refused to send. So, now he s not picking my call, he blocked me in whatsapp and absconded. He s also cheated before to Aneerudh and Sheywal Sinha.

I have all the documents he shared to me and email conversation.

BEWARE !!! FRAUD...FRAUD...FRAUD. H R TALENT MANAGEMENT PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS H R CASTING AGENCY IS A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY CHARGED A REGISTRATION FEE OF RS. 3750 AND A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RS. 10,000 WHICH WAS DEPOSITED TO HITENDRA NARENDRA SAMPAT'S ACCOUNT WITH FAKE PROMISE MADE BY HIM TO CAST MY DAUGHTER IN AN AD FILM AND PAYMENT, BUT FAILED TO DO SO AND HAS RETURNED ONLY RS. 5000 OF RS. 13,750 THAT I HAD PAID HIM AGAINST REGISTRATION FEE AND REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT AFTER INNUMERABLE PHONE CALLS AND REQUESTS TO PAY BACK MY MONEY AND THE ABOVE-MENTIONED FIRM STILL OWES ME RS. 8750 AND HAVE REFUSED TO PAY THE SAME BACK. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE I PAID THEM RS. 13,750 AND STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO PAY BACK MY BALANCE MONEY OF RS. 8750. REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO TRUST THEM. THEY ARE FAKE, FRAUDULENT, CHEATERS, EXTORTIONISTS AND CON PEOPLE. BOTH HITENDRA NARENDRA SAMPAT WITH MOB. NO. 9004227602 AND HERMAN JIM RODRIGUEZ HAD PROMISED TO RETURN THE BALANCE MONEY, BUT HAVE SINCE NOT RESPONDED TO EITHER PHONE CALLS NOR E-MAILS REQUESTING THEM TO PAY BACK. I APPEAL TO EVERYONE TO NOT TRUST THEM OR PAY ANY MONEY IN THE NAME OF CASTING OR GETTING WORK IN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY. BEWARE OF FAKE PEOPLE LIKE THEM....

You have been cheating people off their money and you are running a SCAM RACKET which now has been exposed. The law will take strict action against you and you will pay for your sins.

Mr. Hitendra, If you are so true about the work you do, give justification to me. I have given all the proofs that how you cheated me but where are your proofs? Its been three months now that you have cheated me for 53750 Rs .... why you are not returning my money back? give your justification for this! Let public decide who is true.

And where are your so called clients? You all together pose as if you are genuine.. Where are they. They were very eager to reply before receiving money... now they disappeared!!! I have more proofs with me ... People can contact me for the proofs to prove this Hitendra is a fraud... VERY BIG FRAUD

Rudra, You have proofs, post them. Share it, let the world know... If you, Mr. Iyer and your co conspirators had any REAL proof, you would not have BARKED HERE You would've instead, taken the same to authorities. Points to be noted... 1. If I was not genuine, I would be changing my numbers. I am not, changing my number, Company name or Address or Bank because of ASSHOLES like you. 2. The legal system in India is so powerful that even bigshots are not spared. You have proofs, give it to the law. 3. The public is no fool. They are wise enough to decide.
