My name is Rishi Singh, my registered email id is rishisingh.gts@gmail.com. I was selling my old Moto 360 watch on olx.in. There i found a buyer named Vilas Marwah. He agreed to pay me an amount of Rs. 8000 for the watch.
He called me from Mobile No.7977435632.
Then i shared my account details through whatsapp. After few moments i received a message saying that Rs 13000 has been successfully transferred to my account. I did not checked the sender of message. The message came from a number of New Jersey +17324106102. But i did not checked my account balance.
Then he called me up and said that i was sending Rs 13000 to some other person and mistakenly it was send to you. So please revert me Rs 5000 through paytm.
First he asked me to transfer Rs 100 to verify the mobile no. so i did it. The paytm account was in the name of Benilley DD. Then i checked the mobile no. on true caller but its was showing the name of Vilas Marwah.
So i transferred the remaining Rs 4900 in the paytm wallet.
Now the person is not picking up my call and neither returning the money. I am advancing toward a legal actions.
