I ordered two lenses through lenskart with order no. 1213065929....i was reffered through my friend...i was supposed to get a casback of 300...due to some problem in axis i called lenskart as being no option to modify the order....they modified the order and asked me not to do anything and they will do all the necessities but after 20 days of my order getting delivered ...they backed out saying its against lenskart policy....one of their executive s namely Praveen misbehaved even showing their fraudulent behavior ...kindly see to this fraud company who manipulates customers and cheats them
