My daughter Shramana Chatterjee got an SMS for a transaction of Rs 12000/- at 5-45 AM in 18/12/17 which was fraudulent while she was in Delhi to get her Graduation Certificate from Amity University. She immediately wanted to check her debit card and found that the same is lost. She further searched in other baggage and couldn't find the same. Being assured she talked to AXIS Bank and locked it. Please suggest further course of action.
