eBay.in lucky draw fraud call

Hi,

I got a call from a team saying it's ebay.in promotional team and I won a lucky draw and I can choose a gift if I purchase any thing of worth rs 5000. I purchased a protein powder worth 6999 and next day they told my gift is laptop and I need to pay 11999 to clear GST for the gift and they would refund it back in 30 mins. I sent them money thru online banking and paytm. But I never got my money back or the product. Next day again they called and said since i sent money through net banking and paytm the transaction is cancelled. They bluffed saying I need to do payment of 11999 only thru netbanking or Paytm. So they said if I do it again using any one process I will clear GST and get back my 11999+11999 total 23998 back again in 30 mins. So this time I sent money only thru netbanking. Since then they started disconnecting my calls and the call centre guys always disconnect my calls. Total of 30997 is taken from me and nothing has been provided to me. The names of the fraud callers are Alia, Anmisha and Arun Kumar.

All money has been transferred to their dedicated account Central Bank of India ac 3640935977 and IFSC code is CBIN0283427

Their phone numbers are 7054588625 and 8620909401

Kindly help to resolve the issue

yeh it looks fake... I also got calls from someone named "Sonali" from number: 8231864681 .... and they had details of my last order(order name and address) but when I asked about my very old order items they refused to tell me sayin we don't have access to old orders as their department is different.. so I marked them as fraud and gave up on the offer...

I have also received the call from this same number 8231864681 and they pretend to be calling from the ebay. Exact same offer - purchase anything worth 4000 rs and gift will be sent after making this purchase. Offer is limited for today only. Call back on this same number and ask for the name she gave.

 

Please stay away... Also block this number on the TrueCaller.

Hi,

Today i got a call from 8231864681, she told me, you are the one of five customer, recently you purchase JBL flip 4 from ebay.in. you got a lucky coupon and you have to chose one of the following gift i.e

1. sony flat 40 inch tv

2. Fridge double door

3.Apple i phone 7+

She asked me chose any one option above of this then i choose apple iPhone 7 then she asked me for which color like black or gold .I told gold color. then she told me as per seller promotion you have to buy any one speaker with best discount, so i told i will purchase the same one and so she saw Ebay website and she offered me same product with Rs.5000. she taken my whatsapp number and she told here no COD is available for your additional product so i will send you the payment link in whatsapp you hahve to give the money on that link . and also she suggested me to get more discount also if i use paytm, online banking etc.

But I told her, if you agree with COD then its fine otherwise i will not do. After that she drop my call.I raised a complain in Ebay website for data lick. Ebay customer care suggest me, file a police case.

Please guys not believe any one in case of money matter.

i have also recieved that call .they told me you are a lucky customer of ebay and you along with four others are selected to get gift after buying a product worth minimum 4000.you have to choose one from five gifts are dell laptop,sony led,i phone mobile,lg refrigerator and ac.

I also got the similar call today from +918795095231 and told that I got selected for the 5 gifts. Then I asked her to send me a mail with details from ebay authentic mail id, then she disconnected my call.
