On 19-06-2017 the following fraud transactions happened with my account 3:55 pm :- Rs. 1 3:56 pm :- Rs. 5000 3:57 pm :- Rs. 5000 3:58 pm :- Rs. 4999

I have Registered the complaint it respective bank(Bank of India Pen Branch). But the bank manager is not taking any responsibility. he is saying that he has communicated this fraud with head office but no any reply from them. Now 20 days completed to this fraud but no change in bank manager's answer. He has poor attitude that he can't do anything. please help me for the same
