Darren Scott Ambler is known to misuse the Internet. Darren Ambler repeatedly "Harassed" "Cyber-Stalked" "Slanderer" and "Invaded the Privacy" of another Forum member in 2016. According to documents reviewed, it appears Darren Ambler has difficulty in understanding rules and regulations.

It appears that Darren Ambler takes the position that "Rules and Regulations" pertain to everyone else but himself. Therefore, it could be said that Darren Ambler has some issues of a Psychological nature as well as "Maturity" issues.

Darren Ambler began his Harassment, Slander, Cyber-Stalking against a Facebook Forum member whom was once a friend. This other Forum member or "Friend" discovered some very "Unflattering" and "Inappropriate" behaviors of a Sexual nature involving Darren Ambler beginning back in April 2016. Darren Ambler apparently had a whole other life which involved Indiscreet Sexual Liaisons and Compulsive Lying and other Immoral and odd behaviors.

Once Darren Ambler realized the other party knew of his Secretive Behaviors, for fear the information would be disseminated to others by this other person, Darren Ambler began a Deliberate campaign to harm this person. Mr. Ambler would access the other persons Facebook page on a regular basis keeping track of the persons Facebook friend list. In addition, Darren Ambler began sending messages via Facebook Messenger to others on the forum in an attempt to Discredit, Slander and Harass this person.

Darren Ambler would apparently message other forum members requesting that they "Unfriend" the other party immediately. Little did Mr. Ambler know that other party secured an Excellent Attorney. In addition, the attorney and Facebook conducted an Investigation regarding Darren Ambler and his Facebook practices and behaviors.

According to Documents in our possession, by late July 2016 Facebook and Attorney for harassed party decided that Darren Ambler Violated Facebook Rules numerous times. Darren Ambler's Facebook account was closed on 8/01/16: Darren Ambler was "Furious" after learning that he was restricted from Facebook. Mr. Ambler proceeded to contact David James on 8/1/16 and expressed that it was the other parties "Fault" that Mr. Ambler was removed from Facebook. It is quite evident that Darren Ambler "Refuses" to accept responsibility for his wrongful actions.

Within a few months after being removed from Facebook, Darren Ambler established (2) new Facebook accounts under the name of "Dar-Ren". Mr. Ambler does not understand what it means to stay-0ff of Facebook. Facebook and Attorney are well aware about Mr. Ambler's new Facebook accounts. It seems Darren Ambler lacks common sense as well as the ability to reason in a rational manner. As if Darren Ambler is immature and childlike at times.

Cyber Stalking is taken very seriously in New Jersey: Cyber Stalking and Harassment can be treated as a Criminal Offense depending on Circumstances. Darren Ambler violated the other persons Civil rights in accordance with:
1. Statute 2C:14-09 Invasion of Privacy is a Civil Offense within the State of New Jersey and Statute affords protection:
2). Cyber-Stalking is covered under Statute 2C-33-4-1: a Civil Violation within the State of New Jersey: Criminal Charges can be filed in some instances involving Cyber-Stalking:
3). Harassment is covered under Statute: 2C:33-04: A Civil Violation within the State of New Jersey:
4). Statute 2A-14-3-1 Provides protection for Slander within the State of New Jersey:

After reviewing all Documents involving this case: It is our opinion that if you can not handle the Internet in a mature and responsible manner then stay off the Internet. E-mails, Computer abuse and other violations can be easily traced:
