I tried to get a loan from an app called Hero Rupee Loan. Their weekly interest rate was shocking. So I stopped going to the next step. But in few days money got into my account from some account. Four days later I received a message on my WhatsApp from the number +923377910627. They asked me to return the money. 3 more days left. I wrote that I will build late. Immediately they sent a series of messages asking for money from several numbers. Then they started threatening me. They started messaging my friends and contact list friends making false statements about me.
They sent me 3300 rupees from account ONL 0000IMPSICI333509609820. The refund amount is Rs.6041. Couldn't bear the pressure and returned it to ONL UPI DR 370733289680. But again on 09 - 12 - 2023 0000IMPSAUS334302678861: Raj Traders Money Trans sent Rs.5400. Now they are calling from other numbers asking to send 9500 rupees.
I did not apply for a loan from them. But they sent the money without my permission and threatened to return it immediately. They keep sending messages to my friends asking for money in a threatening tone. They keep calling on the phone. I feel that my dignified life has been threatened by their actions. The dignified lives of my friends and family members have been affected. Even after asking me to contact them legally, they do not respond and they call me from different numbers during my working hours, sleeping hours, early mornings and cause emotional distress. They should be found and legal action should be taken.
Credited 5400rs to my account without my consent and asking for repayment of 9062 rs after 5 days
