On 17.07.2017 someone call me on +8650070649 that I am selected by naaptol for a assured gift & send a message of gift details.she said me to buy products on cash of Rs.4000/&a deposit cash by OPT.i purchase 7 products & deposit Rs.5000/by OTP(1000refundable).then a message of order booked & to deposit Rs.11999(refundable)of GST by NEFT.on 18.07.2017 someone call me by +918697484774&sent a message a name ifsc code & account no.i sent Rs.11000 by NEFT to the said account.next day when I asked about order I was told by another person to deposit Rs.12000/more because the already deposited money was hold.i refused.now there is no activity after that day.please help me to solve my problem.i shall be very thankful to you.

On 8 th October I had ordered a BP monitor ,Amron make from Napthol and I paid one thousand five hundred rupees on delivery of the packet. But on opening the packet , to my shock there was only a soap powder packet inside. While on the ousted it said that a BP monitor and a digital thermometer was enclosed.
I wish to complain against Nap thol for this deceit.
On callING th same telephone no. They said there was no order against my telephone no, and that my ORDER NUMBER 5224946 dated 8 October does not exist!!
Napthol seems to be a BIG CHEAT cheating many customers sepically SENIOR CITIZENS like me who trusted Napthol for finding it easier to order from home
I will be happy if some thing is done about this
EVERY ONE SHOULD TAKE NOTE:
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NAPTHOL WHICH IS ADVERTISED ON TV on TELEPHONE
