This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money! Read www.scam-job-emails.tk to find out how to tell when a job offer is a scam and www.never-wire-money-to-strangers.tk If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address!

This is a long running fake job scam. The scammers take over a domain which was used earlier. Notice the updated date which I have highlighted. They offer you a job but say that you need to pay to have your documents verified. They send you to a fake legal verification firm which asks you to pay for document verification. If you are foolish enough to pay for that they will ask you to pay another fee for a visa or a guarantee or something else. You will obviously never be reimbursed because there is no job!

 This is the fake scam email:

 

Dear Victim

We are really glad to offer you employment in our organization and we welcome you to Career Values Pty Ltd!

We request you to read this email carefully and if you are agree with salary and Designation provided by Career Values Pty Ltd, provide below requested documents within 2-3 working days to complete First Stage documentation and your offer letter shall be shared to you only if we are finding your documents satisfactory enough and we will refer your documents for Final Stage documentation wherein other visa formalities would be processed.

Please provide below listed documents in one email at document@careersvalue.com:-

a) Class 10 (or equivalent) Marks Sheet (s) copy

b) Class 12 (or equivalent) Marks Sheet (s) copy

c) Final Graduation Degree Certificate copy 

d) Prior Experience Certificate (s) (if applicable) copy

e) Clear passport copy, should not expire within six (6) months from the expected time of arrival in the UAE & Australia.

Designation: Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance

Career Values Pty Ltd will pay you a salary of AED 10,800 (United Arab Emirates Dirham Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Only) per month net salary. The break up annexure will be available with the contract letter at the time of joining.

The location of initial reporting and training will be Melbourne, Australia. The duration of the training will be purely based on business requirements which may last up to 45 days. This is the fake Indian legal firm the scammers Careers Value - http://www.careersvalue.com send you to to steal your money! Do not pay for any legal verification fees! It is a made up fee and the scammers will just ask you for more money for more fake fees! In the end you will still have no job, just less money!

If you sent them your passport you will need to report it stolen to the issuing agency and to the police and have it reissued.  Did they ask you for money yet?  If they have or when they do, please post the email you received from them.

The scam website http://verticelegal.com has been suspended but the scammers may move it to another hosting company.   They put up www.careersvalue.com for a non-existing company and then inform victims that this fake law firm will verify their documents for the cost of 1080 rupees.  See https://www.cybercrimecomplaints.in/thread/verticelegal-com/

Of course they will simply steal the money.  These scammers have run this same scam many times.   Though the domain was registered four years ago.  It actually belonged to a legal solicitors in London which is since dissolved.  The scammers took over the domain and the identity of a firm of London solicitors which has since dissolved.  https://suite.endole.co.uk/insight/company/08201832-vertice-legal-ltd and http://verticelegal.com.ourssite.com/ They benefit from the fact that the domain was registered 4 years ago and this allows them to escape most of the scrutiny that would be leveled against a newly registered domain.  However, you can see that the domain registration was very recently updated.   

The firm does not exist which can be shown by the fact that all aspects of the website have been copied from other legitimate websites.

Warnings about this scammers have been up now for about one week.  I am not sure how you did not see any.  No real company ever offers you a job without an in person, face to face interview.  No real company ever asks a new applicant to pay any fee for any reason and if they say they will reimburse you that is always a scam.  They would have just paid the money themselves up front..   As soon as you are asked to pay money that tells you right there you are dealing with scammers and the job is fake!. Read www.scam-job-emails.tk  i don't know about the government but I have yet to see them take any action against a scammer.  You can't count on them, you need to do the research and protect yourself.  You can file a complaint with the police and a government agency.  Knowing the mobile number is useless because it is a pre-paid mobile number (a burner phone) and the user (the scammer) doesn't have to give any identifying information to get one.  Moreover, the scammers could still use the phone in another country.  They could also open up a bank account in India and be in another country.  If they are in another country they are beyond the legal jurisdiction of the local government . 419 advance fee scams have been around for decades and they haven't been stopped yet.  Don't depend on the government to protect you.  You can complain to your bank and see if they will reverse the transfer.  Read www.never-wire-money-to-strangers.tk

Hello, I also received offer letter from this company and about the vertice legal, I called to them for the verification and they provide me my invoice copy as well. Moreover careers value has its ABN and ACN number itself, which is mandatory to run a business in Australia. You can search it on ASIC website. They called me from Australia and took my interview over phone for two times. And also I search their existence in internet and I found it all good to me. Now after all the process is going I have got these kind of reviews. So what should I believe and what should I not.

I do not know how much clearer it could that it is scam.  No real employer ever asks you to pay money for anything to get a job, especially a visa or work permit.  As soon as you are asked to pay money, that tells you it is scam.  They scammers always tell you they will reimburse you.  Well they know what the fees is, they could just pay it themselves.  However, they want you to pay it because there is no job and they are just going to keep your money.  Read www.scam-job-emails.tk

Dear LysanderLondon Do you check their ABN and ACN number? As my previous comment I was mentioned that it is necessary to get ABN & ACN number to run a business in Australia. Please verify their these two numbers because everybody wants to know the fact. You can have this number on ASIC website. Please help as we don't want to be victim of such fraudsters.

These websites are fake!  The scammers have simply copied the content of the website of real companies so that job seekers will believe that they are real.  They are not.  You send your money and they just keep it and there is no way to get it back!  You'd sooner ask a robber who broke into your house and took your belongings to return them.  He or she didn't go through the trouble to just return them!

As I stated before in these postings.  These scammers have run this same scam before.  Each time the company they impersonated had proper registration with the government authorities and the domain has been registered several years before.  They simply took over the domain and pretended they were the real company.  That is part of the scam to deceive job seekers into believing that they are real.  The one thing you can do is not send money knowing that no real employer would ever ask you to pay for expenses to get a job.
