Today morning I have received a message that 38099rs shopping has been done from my Amex card but I have not received any otp. I called amex helpline for fraud and they replied that transaction has happened without otp . they will reverse the transaction but it will apear in my statement. I would like to register compliant for online fraud and would like to track who has done the transaction such that next time I can take of my card use
