I am from Kerala and through Quikr i was contacted by resumefilling.com asking if i was interested in doing a resume filling job. As there was no registration fee i felt the company is not fraudulent. They informed me that once the project is undertaken and if not completed within the given time, a penalty of Rs. 6500 will have to be paid. i took the job as i knew i could complete it. the deadline given to me was 11.59 am on 12.10.2020. today(16.10.2020), 6 days after submitting the project (within the deadline), they have sent me a legal notice stating that i have to pay rs. 6500/- + GST. This is horrible. these people are threating me with calls from different people. they said they will take legal action. when i checked just now, i have seen several complaints from people against this company. please help me to get cleared from this scam.

sir is company ne mujhe resume filling ka work diya wabsite nahi chalne ki wajah se work pura nahi ho paya ab 6500 rs ki mang kar. rahe he nahi to legal process. ki bol rahe he jisme mujhe 28000rs +gst pay karna padega mera pass msg aaya jisme session court surat me room numbar 602/B/O me 26/10/2020 ko 11:35 am par bulaya he sir me 3500 rs de bhi chuka hu sir please help me

Hello sir , A comapny run online named RESUMEFILLING.COM Contact many students for doing data entry job online. First they gave a target to fill 600 resume in 7 days , but after completing the work they never paid the amount . Instead of that , they use the agreement clause fasely that work is not correct ,so the candidate has to pay 6500 + Gst charge. They are harassing the candidate that if they do jot pay the amount , they will take legal action . They are using so many fake mobile number and identities .. Please inquire about this issue because many innocent work seeking candidates are trapped in their false information and due to the fear of legal actions must take wrong steps like suicide .

I have file a complain against fraud company named as resumefilling.com they have called me and told me about there scheme and to ask to send me the aadhar card details so they will have a register me as a user and later on I heard about there fraud and now they sent me a email in which they mentioned me to pay the penalty of Rs.7100/-. But I could not have done anything for them. They just trapped me.
Please take a legal action against them.
