Hi, 

I have offered an online job from resume filling on 14 Oct 2020 regarding update 600 resume in a particular Software in 6 days which I tried doing for 9 hours 6 days and could complete 323 , on the 6th I received a msg from their end that u can get an extension for next  5 days for which I have to pay some extra and they can extent the days. I had a talk with the Concern  person he told me to pay extra money for the extension days otherwise I have to pay a penalty of 6500 plus G.S.T for non completion of work  if I  fail to pay this penalty he will file a case against  me in the court and will send a summons to my residents  . He also disagreed to pay for the work completed . I am accepting a threaten from these people.  I would like to get payment for the work done and avoid summons coming to my home. I am unable to find a solution for this please help

Request for Help.

I am normal minimum working person and lots of responsibility over me i am trying to do some extra work and earn something in this lock down period  but this type of company is down our moral. they pay us besides work done by us they are asking for payment from my side this is not acceptable, here details for company and process please let me know if  anything is missing and pls help me out of this. 

1-Got reference for resume update from one of my friend dated 23-09-2020

2-After discussion on no(8866783353) ready to do the same and started resume filling Job from 23-09-2020.

3-Website not working on 14-15 already discussion on lady (8866783353).

Condition of company-600 resumes in 7 days( Not possible in 7 days each resume time taken at least 15 Minutes)

Accuracy required 90% (Also Not possible)

I have done 134 Resume till 29th September and before i am asking the payment they send me legal notice and threatening message to me to Pay penalty of Rs.6500 due to not done 600 Resume in 7 days.

Every day message mail given me for legal action against me really this is fraud company

Hii, do not take tension. Its all fake. They all are fake, their staff, their advocate all are fake. Do not pay single penny to them. Just do one thing, block them from everywhere. If they call you just say, do whatever you want. Do not take tension, they will never send notice to home. Their agreement is also edited. EnjoyЁЯСН. Day before yesterday, I got a call from Resume filling company's telecaller and she did tell me that company is offering WFH which is resume filling and I have to copy paste the details in a specific format and company will pay 18000 for the work and it will be once in a month sort of assignment. She did ask me for my passport size photo, Aadhar card copy and digital signature. I was not provided any contract by now. I was told these details are needed for creating my account. However when I logged in, l was shocked to see their very first fraud as the work was absolutely not copy paste, one has to type everything in a particular format and it was very tiring. Their site too takes good amount of time to submit one work and theybhave given deadline of 600 resume in 7 days. I wonder if they intentionally kept the site slow and it crashes after every 10-15 minutes and any unsaved data will be deleted when it would crash i.e you have to do it all over again. Second shocker was to see my signature on the contract whose clauses were completely different from what I was told on phone and email. They have never mentioned about a charge of INR 6500 for non - accuracy or delay. Infact l was told there is no registration cost and company doesn't charge any hidden cost also. I searched a little about the company and got to know that they have made fool of other people also. Within 24 hrs of their fraudulent attempt , I have dropped them an email to revoke my access as am not going to work with them however seeing other people's post, am afraid they will try playing legal tricks too. I saw some people complaint of receiving legal notice with same case number. I wonder how is that possible. This company is doing frauds in broad daylight. Please do take required actions so that they don't bother any othe person anymore. I got call from +91 6358 888 010 and the telecaller's name was Dhyani. When I raised my concern with her, she is not responding back.Attached is the email that the company sent to me.

Today I registered in this https://resumefilling.com/ website. with out reading the document they first told signed in digital, I will not work or submit the so called work of resume filling 600 resume in 6 day with out fail with 95% accuracy otherwise as the digital engagement I have to Pay 6500 to them otherwise they will take legal action on me.I will not pay what you will do.
